Ted Donnelly - Born and raised in Massapequa Long Island, I attended college at SUNY Binghamton before relocating to the Poughkeepsie NY area, and then ultimately landing in my new home town of Raleigh NC. It is here where I enjoy life with my beautiful wife Robin and son Logan.
The Carolina Coastline and beaches are my favorite places to recharge. On an average day with bike and music at the ready, my backyard playground is the paved and sprawling Neuse River Trail. My special time is movies with the family (with lots of popcorn) as well as Dad time with the Pavilion-of-Men (monthly gathering with the fellas who I am privileged to call friends)

Music - 80s all the way
Exercise - Biking, Resistance Training
